Christmas Celebration 2018

CPRE Cheshire members made a welcome return to St Mary’s Chapel, High Legh, for our annual Christmas Celebration on Thursday 13th December. This is the family Chapel of the Cornwall Legh family of Lord Grey of Codnor, who is President of CPRE Cheshire.

Wirral Conservation Volunteers and pupils of the Woodchurch High School, financially supported by the Wirral Society, held a hedgelaying and tree-planting day in Woodchurch Road, Birkenhead, in November.

The Lancashire Branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) held a second public meeting on 20 March to discuss the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework (GMSF), currently under review.
