Greater Manchester Spatial Framework Consultation in Woodford
The long-awaited revised draft Greater Manchester Spatial Framework was published in January and is open for consultation until 18th March 2019. Members who would like more information to inform their consultation response are invited attend one of a number of drop-in events taking place between Tuesday 26th February and Thursday 7th March in Stockport.
Christmas Celebration 2018
CPRE Cheshire members made a welcome return to St Mary’s Chapel, High Legh, for our annual Christmas Celebration on Thursday 13th December. This is the family Chapel of the Cornwall Legh family of Lord Grey of Codnor, who is President of CPRE Cheshire.
Wirral Society supports hedgelaying initiative
Wirral Conservation Volunteers and pupils of the Woodchurch High School, financially supported by the Wirral Society, held a hedgelaying and tree-planting day in Woodchurch Road, Birkenhead, in November.
