Our popular annual Christmas celebration was held at St Mary's Church in Acton near Nantwich.

The concert took place 13th December 2017 from 2pm - 4pm.

After the main carol service, our Branch Chaplin, Rev John Whitehead, gave a brief talk about the church and highlight some of its unique features including the Tower which is said to be Cheshire's oldest, dating from 1180.

In addition, the Church was also decorated with numerous Christmas trees following the Christmas Tree Festival the previous weekend.

Following the concert, all guests enjoyed some light refreshments.

We would like to thank Rev John Whitehead, St Mary's church and all those at our CPRE Branch who helped organise this event.
